We had been eating airbread for a while because it was so busy, and I finally got around to making homemade whole wheat bread. As soon as it got out of the oven, Heidi said, "Mom, can I have a piece of bread right now? I know I'll get burned, but I don't care." I think we went through a loaf and a half that day. I make good bread.
